Most folks don't believe I gain weight easily. I count breakfast and lunch calories, and splurge on dinner. It works for me, along with 10,000 steps a day. This is lunch: 100 calories of blueberries, 160 calories of mangoes, 100 calories of dried plums (formerly known as "prunes"), and 340 calories of almonds. Kuh-KAW!
I don't know a thing about the Clone Wars part of the Star Wars saga: I'm a trivia master of the original trilogy. My son got these Lego action figures for his birthday. Something tells me that spear in Thi-Sen's hand isn't going to be a match for a lightsaber. I could be wrong.
My best friend of 28 years--28 years!!!--hosted me this weekend in York, PA. We took his kids, Mira & Eli, to Maple Donuts, a blast from the past. Mira got this sprinkles-bedecked confection, which honored the patron saint of Ireland. My donuts? Peanut butter & jelly, and peanut butter cup. Mmmmmm.
